As we begin the season of Lent, I want to invite you into these next weeks not as a burden, but as a gift.  Lent is a time the church has set aside to slow down, pay attention, and make room for God to work in us again.

Ash Wednesday Prayer Stations

  • Held at Green Springs UMC from 6:30 am - 6:30 pm 

Lenten Luncheon Series

  • All luncheons begin at noon and will be held at First United Methodist Church in Clyde.

Mission Opportunities

Help us live out our call to serve:

  • Food Pantry Needs: Canned goods and shelf-stable items are always welcome, along with hygiene and paper products.

  • Blessing Box:  Canned goods and shelf-stable items are always welcome.

  • Caring Closet:  We like to keep the closet stocked with personal hygiene items to assist families that are part of the FANS program.

  • Christmas Eve Service - 8 pm on Wednesday the 24th

  • Community Christmas Dinner - Wednesday, December 17th
